1. Agreement Overview

This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Pure Republiq Services ("Coach", "Facilitator", "We", "Us") and you, the participant ("Client", "You"), in relation to your participation in the Your Body | Your Power program ("Program").
By enrolling in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
 

2. Program Description

Your Body | Your Power is an educational, group-based program that supports women in making empowered lifestyle changes related to stress management, sleep, eating habits, movement, mindfulness, and general wellness. This is not a one-on-one coaching program, medical service, or therapy.

The program includes digital content, group coaching calls, educational materials, and community support, as outlined in the program description at the time of purchase.
 

3. Health Disclaimer

You understand and acknowledge:

• The Coach is not a licensed medical doctor, dietitian, psychologist, or other registered healthcare provider.

• This Program does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any medical or mental health condition.

• The Program is for informational and educational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice or therapy.

• You should consult with your physician or other qualified healthcare provider before starting any new wellness program, making changes to your diet, exercise, supplements, or medication routines.

If you are under the care of a healthcare professional, you agree to consult with them regarding participation in this Program. You are solely responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
 

4. Personal Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

By participating in YBYP, you accept full responsibility for your choices, actions, and outcomes. You assume all risks associated with implementing lifestyle changes or suggestions provided during the Program.
You release Pure Republiq Services, its representatives, employees, and contractors from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during or after participation in the Program.
 

5. Payment & Refund Policy

• Full payment is required to access the Program materials.

• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified under South African Consumer Protection laws or if the Coach terminates the Program (see section 6).

• If you voluntarily withdraw from the Program for any reason, no refunds will be issued.

• If the Coach cancels the Program or deems participation no longer beneficial, you will receive a prorated refund for undelivered services.
   

6. Program Access & Duration

• Your access to YBYP begins upon payment and enrolment confirmation.

• Program materials are available for a limited time as specified in your enrolment details.

• This is a group program with set timelines and schedules.

• Access to live group sessions is governed by the posted schedule.

• If you are unable to attend live sessions, no additional sessions will be offered or rescheduled.
   

7. Confidentiality & Community Guidelines

• We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of personal information shared within the Program, except where disclosure is required by law.

• As a participant in a group environment, you agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of fellow members.

• Sharing personal details of other participants outside of the Program is strictly prohibited.

• We reserve the right to remove any participant from the Program or community spaces if their behavior is deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to others.
   

8. Communication Policy

• General admininistration inquiries may be sent via email or WhatsApp during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM SAST). 

• We aim to respond to messages within 48 hours on business days.

• Individual coaching or one-on-one support is not included unless otherwise specified. Additional 1:1 sessions, if offered, are billed separately.

• All program related communication with the coach will occur within the coaching platform

9. Intellectual Property

All Program content, including but not limited to videos, PDFs, audio files, and written materials, are the intellectual property of Pure Republiq Services.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access and use these materials for your own personal development.
You may not share, reproduce, distribute, or sell any part of the Program without prior written consent.
 

10. Limitation of Liability

Pure Republiq Services will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the Program.
By enrolling, you accept and agree that you are fully responsible for your progress, results, and any outcomes resulting from the Program.
 

11. Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
You agree to submit any disputes to binding arbitration under the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (AFSA) rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Cape Town, South Africa.
 

12. Consumer Protection Act (CPA) Compliance

Nothing in this Agreement is intended to or shall limit any rights you may have under the South African Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (CPA).
 

13. Acceptance of Terms

By completing your registration and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
