Why I created this program
I’m Tertia. I’m 51, a mother of four (ages 10 to 27), and I know what it feels like to lose yourself in the chaos of life, career, and caregiving. I also know what it’s like to experience trauma that wreaks havoc on your hormones, nervous system, and sense of self.
For years, I pushed through—ignoring my body’s whispers until they became screams.
Perimenopause hit, and suddenly…
